Victoria Jacono began to play the violin when she was 6 years old. She holds an A-mus-A and L-Mus-A on violin, an A-Mus-A and L-Mus-A on viola and also a Bachelor of Music with honours, from the Australian Institute of Music. Along with numerous prizes from eisteddfods and competitions all around the country, Victoria was the winner of the National Youth Concerto Competition, the Wenkart Foundation Scholarship, the Marcus Edwards Violin Prize, the Perry Hart Memorial prize, the International String Player of the year award at the Gisborne International Music Competition in New Zealand, and the Order of Australia Association Scholarship. I've been playing and teaching drums professionally for over 18 years. I have a studio. It's a great set up there with two full drum kits, air-conditioning and a clean positive environment to learn in. All levels are welcome and we can tackle any style you wish. The main goal is to get you playing music and we'll start that from lesson one. My drumming career has taken me overseas and all around Australia playing for many famous Australian acts including Josh Pyke, Perry Keyes, Richard Clapton, Mark Seymour (Hunters and Collectors), and Cotton, Keays, Morris (Super group with Darryl Cotton from Zoot, Jim Keays from Masters Apprentice and Russell Morris).
