Zina Foster has double degrees from the CONSERVATORIUM OF MUSIC as a Piano Teacher and Musicologist.
She has had 16 yearsâ?? experience teaching music in one of the most prestigious schools of music in Russia in the capital city of Minsk.
Due to the regular very high achievement levels of her students, Zina was nominated as the â??Best Music Teacherâ??in the city of Minsk.
Zina started teaching music in Australia in 1991.
In 2004 she was nominated as "THE BEST MUSIC TEACHER OF THE YEAR"
In Melbourne, Zina Foster was working as a music teacher at schools (piano and VCE) and during this time established her Music Studio, â??The Academy of Musicâ??in Caulfield South.
Many of our studio students have been awarded Music Scholarships in Prestigious Private Schools and have achieved the highest results in AMEB, ABRSM and TRINITY exams, competitions.
Some of the Academy of Music students have become successful performing musicians or professional music teachers.
The majority of our students of all ages and levels study and learn music for enjoyment, fun and participation in school musicals and other performance venues.
