Hygiene Pride is a locally owned and operated sanitary waste collection service which has been operating in the Mackay, Whitsunday and hinterland regions for over 19 years. We have a customer base of over 500 customers which consists of local council buildings, clubs and pubs, shopping centres, schools, cruise boats, small and large businesses, mining companies and private residents. We are a husband and wife partnership employing 3 local female staff and each and every team member is committed to deliver a high quality service to our clients. We not only offer sanitary waste collection but also a number of other washroom services including nappy disposal, air fresheners and washroom, urinal and toilet products.
Our prices are very competitive and our service is excellent. We have scheduled service runs which enables us to ensure that your units are changed out every 28 days or as per the agreed schedule. We never miss runs and are only a phone call away (which we will answer!) should a problem arise. Being local, enables us to accomplish this and we guarantee our service always. Another quality of our business, is that sanitary and nappy units are fully exchanged each service, leaving a clean and hygienic unit in its place at all times. We will never just replace the liner and waste as we maintain a unit cannot be hygienic if the lid and bin is soiled. This is not an acceptable practice of Hygiene Pride and again, we guarantee our service fully.
