I am a Personal Trainer with over 35 years in the fitness industry. I'm experienced in training pregnant women and new mums, older adults aiming to stay active and manage health conditions, people living with disability - and everyone and anyone, no matter their fitness level, age or goal. I offer weight training, boxing, yoga, Pilates and much more. Workouts can be at your home, outdoors, my home gym or online. You can have weekly personal training or get set up with a home program and just check in for another session when you need.
