Personal Training on a group level is more fun, and motivational. Indoor and outdoor sessions. It is GroupTraining sessions for fitness, endurance and general well being. Utilising Boxercise (It's in the top 3 of cardio workouts), Circuit Training and Bootcamps for all ages and levels.
Spin (indoor cycle) available by special arrangements - one of the best 30 minute cardio workouts you can have to raise the heart rate and burn that fat!!
Bootcamps are predominately outdoors and available for different goals general fitness, kick starting programs and endurance. Sessions are in Helensburgh and Stanwell Park minimum numbers may apply. Use bootcamps to compliment your existing gym membership or 1Life's other fitness sessions. Get that extra boost!
For Boxing and Circuit we can tailor your workout within your session to give you your ultimate workout, aimed at achieving your goals. Or, just come along and join in and increase general fitness with your friends.
Nutritional advice is given as part of your initial pre-assessment report.
