You can come to any of 12 group sessions per week conducted at Nolan Reserve at North Manly or Freshwater Beach at a variety of times to suit you or close to home any time for personal training.
No written contracts or joining fees.

Sessions can include cardio, boxing, toning, a combination of the above, beach training and flexibility training.
Apart from the mainstream events around Sydney we run fun local events just for clients once a month and could be anything from dragon boating, kayaking, indoor rock-climbing, a scavenger hunt, a walk up the coast or a simple biathlon. Come and join in for a great time.
