Physical activity is a key component in diabetes prevention, the Australian Diabetes Council designed BEAT-IT a safe and effective exercise program for the prevention and management of diabetes, heart disease, osteoporosis, kidney disease, obesity and Chronic Conditions.
This program is a 12 week program, twice weekly, progressive exercises classes combining aerobic and resistance training and fortnightly lifestyle education sessions with topics including: healthy eating, motivation and home based exercises. I know how you feel and can assist you to achieve your fitness and nutritional goals.
