Mamafirst Fitness was born out of the theory that mothers need to be cared for and supported in their training. They shouldn't be risking injury by trying to modify exercises in classes that weren't designed for them. From your first bub onwards we understand your specific fitness needs as a mum.
The Mamafirst Fitness approach is to encourage mums to put themselves first and make time for their health. We understand that motherhood is a juggling act, which is why it's important that mums are fit, healthy and happy.
We don't believe in a one-size fits all approach to fitness. We will offer fitness options that are safe, effective and designed specifically for our client's needs. It's not the easy option but it's the right option for your body. From pregnancy weight loss to triathlon training, your goals are specific to you.
