HOW DOES BENEFIT BENS FITNESS CLASSES WORK?
All classes are run as team orientated, partnered and individual programs and are designed and modified to suit all types of fitness levels (Beginner - Elite) with the required equipment usage of: Kettle Bells, Dumbbells, Medicine Balls and Skipping ropes. I encourage everybody to bring a friend or more as all genders 10 years and above are welcome.

- Observe participants and inform them of corrective
measures necessary for skill improvement.
- Teach and demonstrate training equipment
- Monitor participants progress and adapt programs as
needed
- Evaluate individuals abilities, needs and psychical
conditions, develop stable training programs to meet any
special requirements.
- Teach proper breathing and exercise techniques used
during psychical exertion.
- Plan routines, choose different movements for each set
of muscles depending on participant's capabilities and
limitations.
- Offer alternatives during classes to accommodate
different levels of fitness
- Instruct participants in maintaining exertion levels to
maximize benefits from exercise routines.
