Your one-on-one personal training experience will start with your personal trainer spending time with you to understand your goals and level of experience with training.
You will enjoy an invigorating hour of cardiovascular exercise, strength training and stretches. During the hour, your trainer will coach you on correct technique and motivate you to achieve the most in your session while staying safe at all times.
Group Training
You don't need to be an athlete to take part in our sessions. A desire and an attitude to be the best you can be is all that is needed.
Session Times
Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 6:30am
Each session will last for 55mins, we will concentrate on different athletic needs. Including:
* Strength- Functional Strength, Basic Strength, Strength Endurance, Maximal Strength
* Power- Power endurance, Plyometrics, Max Power
* Core Strength- Rotations, Throws/Catches, Flexion/Extension, Stability
* Metabolic Conditioning
* Linear Speed- Technique, Reaction, Acceleration, Top Speed
* Endurance- Alactic, Glycolytic, Intensive, Extensive
* Agility- Reaction/Recognition, Change of direction, Footwork, Body Control & Balance
* Flexibility/Mobility- Static, Dynamic
