Where do we train?
~ We train outdoor personal training sessions at the park, schools and beach.
~ We bring our personal training services to you. Train in the comfort of you own home.
~ We train in our inviting, motivating home gym, located in South Frankston. (children welcome)
Personal Training options:
~ 1 on 1 personal training sessions.
~ Group training 3 people or more.
~ All sessions run for 1 hour this includes your warm up and cool Down.
~ You'll receive 10% off your next session for Each person you refer to us.
When are we Available:
Early mornings, late nights, Weekends, session times given on request.
