All the staff at SmallPaws Pet Hotel are qualified in Animal Care, and between us we have over 60 years of experience in professional Dog Care! Every staff member has their own dog/s, and we know how it feels to be leaving our best friends in the care of strangers. SmallPaws Pet Hotel's commitment to providing our small dog and cat guests with care and love during their stay is second to none.
Situated on 5 acres of land on the Northern Beaches/North Shore of Sydney, but only 30 minutes from the Harbour Bridge, SmallPaws Pet Hotel has plenty of space to provide spacious kennel rooms for our small dog guests. These dog kennel rooms are light and airy. We also have luxury indoor suites and a large indoor exercise area for days when exercise can't be taken outdoors. In order to provide optimum comfort for our small dogs, the dog kennel rooms are also heated and air-conditioned and the suites are airconditioned, heated have underfloor heating and TV's.
The Cattery
Each cat receives lots of cuddles and care, although we understand that some cats just prefer to keep to themselves when they come to visit.
Our heated/airconditioned Cattery has individual indoor/outdoor enclosures connected with a catflap. The outside enclosure looks out over the secure exercise area. The walls of each enclosure are solid to ensure there is no nose to nose contact between cats, and each enclosure has a hygienic box in which to hide. The exercise area is available to our more energetic cats on a daily basis.
