Knowledge and movement are essential in remaining healthy, mobile, painfree and functional. There is a fully equipped Pilates equipment studio on site. I provide one on one individualised sessions or small group sessions to help improve your posture, mobility and flexibility, strength, control and stability, coordination and balance, general body awareness, alignment and resilience. I provide Physiotherapy treatment and rehabilitation of back, neck and spinal pain and injury, ankle, knee, hip, shoulder and other joint or muscle issues, bladder and pelvic floor training, headaches, sports injuries, ante and post natal care. This includes joint mobilisation, soft tissue massage, trigger point therapy, dry needling and specific home or Pilates exercise programs to address your issues. I use spiky balls, chi balls, franklin balls, fit balls, foam rollers, wobble boards, theraband resistance band to facilitate appropriate mobility, length and strength and stability and control where needed.
