We teach Pilates and core strength exercises. These are mat based, one on one, or group classes for beginners to advanced and pregnancy specific.
The Fix Program offers two pregnancy Pilates programs. Pre-natal & post-natal core stability exercises, pregnancy Pilates exercises, pelvic floor strengthening, stretching and mobility exercises to target those areas needing attention during pregnancy, labour and beyond. All our classes are designed and taught by physiotherapists.

They have clinical expertise and excellent diagnostic and therapeutic skills. We specialise in the management of pelvic floor problems. We can help you if you have:
