My name is Kat and I love Pilates!! Initially I started Pilates for recovery as I have a recurring condition that weakens the cartilage in my knees and was forever in surgery. Now it is my LIFE!! Every Pilates class I teach or participate in leaves me feeling revitalized, relaxed and strong. I try to bring some sass and fun to every class from beginners to advanced classes and I hope to see you in a class soon.
