? When customised orthotics are being prescribed, a plaster mould is taken at the time of consultation. If premade orthotics are being used, they are generally tailored for the patients needs at the time of consultation. All orthotic patients are reviewed at 2 and 6 weeks and adjustments are made if necessary.
