I am an experienced Human Resources professional with a 9 year background in recruitment and selection, and have been employed in recruitment roles in both private corporations and local and state government.
I am experienced in the preparation of cover letters and CV's, and have specialist knowledge in preparing and assessing responses to key selection criteria. As part of my history in recruitment, I have regularly shortlisted candidates for interview and have sat on multiple interview panels. Having attended several job interviews myself, I understand what it is like to sit on both sides of the table!

Updating and creation of resumes/cover letters will generally only take a couple of business days, however if you are needing a quick turnaround (24 hours) I can do this for a small fee. Addressing selection criteria will take a little longer, depending on the amount of criteria to be addressed.
