The company is set up by Chinese entrepreneurs who migrated to Australia many years ago. The staff has many years of experience in Asian funerals from all over Asia; including China, Hong Kong, Macau, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam and Indonesia. Funerals are arranged and conducted in accordance with the grieving family's religious beliefs : Buddhist, Taoist, Christian, Catholic or a respectful non-religious farewell.
