Who is this for? Anyone who wants to experience some kind of positive change in their life. If you've been stuck or struggling with something for a while, if there's something that's been holding you back, if there's something missing in your life, if you've been having a tough time, if you know that things can be better, if you want to grow and develop personally or professionally, if you want a new way of being in the world that supports and nurtures you, then yeah, this is for you.
What would you like to have happen?
Some people come to me to experience a very specific change such as they want to feel or think differently, experience less anxiety, stress, fear or depression, more calm, confident, relaxed, to make a decision or change a behaviour. Some want to experience a different way of doing and being in the world. Some want to achieve a new goal or improve their relationships with others. Others are committed to ongoing personal or professional development.
Whatever the reason, I'm all for spreading the awesome - People are capable of great things when they?re at their best and that?s contagious. That's gotta be good for the world.
