Each of our valuers is a Registered Property Valuer with the Valuers Registration Board of Queensland.
Our valuers are also RICS Registered Valuers, and current members of the international and leading professional representative body for property valuers, the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS). They are each subject to RICS Professional Standards and Rules of Conduct.
Our valuers comply with standards set by the International Valuation Standards Council (IVSC), and with guidelines set by statutory authorities, such as the Australian Taxation Office (AT0), and QLD Office of State Revenue.
