At W.S.A.A. we have been providing young and not so young students with extensive hands on
experience in Analogue and Digital recording technologies for the last 25 years.
Our 12 week course is designed to give students the required knowledge in sound production, mixing and using effects, with emphasis on home and studio recording.
The 18 week course extends the 12 week program by including the production of music and the recording and mixing of various styles of bands. Students cover all aspects of the recording process, which includes, acoustics, microphones, digital & analogue effects, mixing and much more.
Each course incorporates 6 hours a week of lectures and practical workshops, whereby students will be applying practical hands-on processes on what they have learnt.

The classes are open to six students per class, with no prior knowledge of audio required. WSAA is the only audio teaching facility to offer a personalized, individual approach to learning with the main focus on practical experience. Our new short courses are specific to individual topics.
These short courses run between 3 & 9 hours and some can be delivered on a One-to-One basis.
