Through floor to ceiling picture windows guests enjoy magnificent views towards Leura and the edge of the escarpment.Throughout, the cottage is beautifully appointed and equipped to a high standard. The two queen size bedrooms with Australian handcrafted beds, covered with fine linen, beckon weary guests. The lounge and dining areas are uncluttered and supremely comfortable decorated with interesting antiques and modern furniture. The four metre high cathedral ceilings allow for an electric design style, with the selection of furniture altered every six months to provide an ever-changing environment for our return guests. Whether sitting by the warmth of the lounge fireplace in autumn, winter and spring or on the balcony as the cool mountain breezes loft up the valley in summer, the retreat provides guests with the perfect getaway for every season.Sidney's Retreat is perfectly positioned for our guests to experience everything the amazing world heritage region of the Blue Mountains has to offer or to simply indulge in the total privacy, peace and uninterrupted seclusion of a luxurious mountain retreat.
