Opening its doors in May 2013, Stock Bar & Grill is a recent addition to the Richmond dining hub. Splashed in a vibrant theme of orange, white and black, Stock Bar & Grill sets the tone for contemporary casual dining, where rounded lamps hang above a neat bar area, intimate wooden tables are spaciously set apart and an open kitchen add to the relaxed vibe. Specialising in modern Australian cuisine with the hint of Italian influence, the menu at Stock offers a diverse dish selection. Go for a seafood main like snapper fillet en papillote with buttered new potatoes, snow pea and heirloom tomato, crushed caper and parsley aioli or choose from the Stock classics like grilled chicken supreme, served with thyme risotto, sorrel leaves and orange vinaigrette.
