Nonya Cuisine
Nonya Cuisine is the result of blending Chinese ingredients with various distinct spices and cooking techniques used by Malay and Indonesian Community. This gives rise to Peranakan interpretations of Malasysia/Indonasian food that is similarly tangy, aromatic, spicy and herbal.
