The view from D'arry's Verandah is a spectacular one on to the Southern Vales.The mood is relaxed and mature. There is a love of creativity here, working with classic produce and developing simple, yet rich flavour relationships: stuffed quail on a porcini and mushroom risotto; pumpkin and fetta ravioli. A passionfruit souffle is puffed and lightly crusted on top, and a panna cotta is deeply infused with vanilla seed beside a serving of spiced, mulled satsuma plums.
