All the sauces are homemade and to be mixed and prepared to your likings on the sizzling TEPPAN (iron plate : the closing blaket) in front of you. Some ingredients are prepared in traditional style with additional flavour prior to the cooking. You can enjoy the same ingredients in different flavours every time you visit AYA TEPPANYAKI.
The team members were handpicked by a Japanese boss, to form homely IRASSHAIMSE (welcoming) atmosphere to provide a nostalgic dining experience for the guests. Some worked in Japan, lived in Japan, married to Japanese, engaged in Japanese culinary industry for a couple of decades, and all of the staff members love to welcome you with our unique AYA style of TEPPANYAKI.
We have some traditional food you may enjoy prepared in the separate kitchen including SUSHI, SASHIMI, TEMPURA, GYU TATAKI, and NASU DENGAKUâ?¦. You can enjoy nice sampling of BENTO boxes and DONBURI dishes, as well as our seasonal specials during lunch open 7 days.
Dinner is served 7 days both TEPPANYAKI and non-TEPPANYAKI menus. Fully licensed WINE only B.Y.O with a corkage-bottle charge.
