Located in one of the quietest areas of the island, surrounded in the tranquillity of rain forest areas it offers the opportunity to relax and indulge in some of the
subtle luxuries of the house.
The large outdoor decking area combined with comfortable seating and a large outdoor table setting may mean you spend the majority of your time outdoors. Air conditioning is another one of the houses small assets that make it that much more enjoyable in the warmer or even cooler months, not that it is always required. Not only does this house deliver on the outside but it also delivers on the inside with large living areas, two queen size bedrooms, a huge double bunk bedroom, two bathrooms, outside shower and a fully self-contained kitchen. Large couches and a TV setting complete the basic features of the house.
Just a short seventy meter walk from the house is the spectacular Morwong beach which faces out towards the rest of the bay. Beautiful, calm, ripple-less, clear water can be seen on many of the beautiful sunny days Coochie has become accustom too.
