It is unusual for a Victorian era home, as it is built upon foundations of 2ft thick solid granite which form an additional basement level to the home. Beeches on High is spacious and consists of 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and 3 toilets and accommodate up to 12 people with additional bedding. Bedding consists of 3 Queen rooms ( 2 with ensuites) and 1 room with 3 single beds ( 2 can be made as King).
