Chesapeake Retreat is a very new home with all new fittings and furniture.
Room configurations:-
* A large private master bedroom downstairs featuring an ensuite, LCD TV, walk in robe and immaculate Queen size bed.
* Fourth bedroom on ground floor has a single bed.
* Second bedroom upstairs has a double bed and LCD TV.
* Third bedroom upstairs has two single beds.
* Upstairs bedrooms share a bathroom complete with shower, toilet and vanity.
There is a separate toilet downstairs adjacent ensuite.
Port-a-cot, baby bath and high chair available.
WIFI available.
All fresh linen and towels are provided.
The spacious, open plan living and six seater dining table are situated close to the kitchen equipped with gas cooking, microwave, oven and dishwasher .
To make your stay enjoyable, we include LCD flat screen televisions, Foxtel, Wii and playstations games and consoles.
Sliding doors from the kitchen open straight to the secured paved courtyard where you can relax and or cook up a feast on the weber BBQ. To keep you warm on winter nights, and cool on Perth's 35 degree days, state of the art ducted air conditioning is fitted throughout the home.
For the essentials, an internal laundry including a washing machine and dryer is downstairs for your convenience and ease, as well as a secure two car garage.
