We have been moving Families Households for 19 years now, under the banner of Buck Removals, being a Family Business, we appreciate that moving house is a very emotional experience and we are here to make it easier for you and all your Family.
Once you call or email us we will get some basic information as to where, when and what; then we will either come and look to do a survey or if you are from away we will send an inventory for you to fill out (mostly we can work from what you tell us over the phone).
Our quotes are based mainly on kilometres, travel expences, labour and time taken to do the job.
We offer Pre-packing on 2 levels - Full Household and Kitchen & Breakables only.
The Girls of the Curtis Family usually do the packing; we supply all the boxes,wrapping paper etc. needed to pack everything safely.
When the Boys come to do the loading, they will dismantle beds, units etc. for safe transportation and reassemble it all at unloading. Every thing that goes in to the truck is wrapped in the thick Removal Pads, to protect from rubbing and scratching. On delivery they will put all the furniture and boxes into the rooms you need them in.
We pride our selves on a long history of repeat customers and putting our all into our work.
Terry (Dad) has had over 40 years in the Industry, he is an accredited Removalist and experienced "Long-haul Driver". Craig (Son) has had 27 years also and many years on the road. Marilyn (Mum) runs the Office doing the quoting and keeping the boys in line !! and with Rachael (Daughter-in-Law) does the Packing and Inventories. To complete our team we have very experienced Off-Siders for both the trucking and Packing side of things.
