After more than twelve years of experience and ongoing experimentation, we have developed our own range of packaged goods and products. We are confident that they are the best market has to offer.
We offer an extensive range of allergy free packaged breads, biscuits, cakes and slices mixes. Hallelujah's range also includes our unique nutritious gluten free flours, flakes and allergy free pantry staples.
All our products are packaged to order to ensure freshness. Hallelujah Food products are manufactured in a strict allergy free, controlled environment, packaged with due care to ensure they are free of the allergens indicted on the label. All products are vacuum sealed to ensure freshness. Artificial preservatives, colours, flavours are only used in a very limited number of our products where unavoidable.
Each product label is colour coded with allergen dots to help you identify products suitable to your allergies. Each of our unique items will fall within at least five of our ten allergen profiles e.g. dairy free, wheat free, gluten free, egg free, fructose free, cane sugar free, nut free, soy free, corn free or yeast free.
