Kissing Point Cricket Club is located in Turramurra on the Upper North Shore of Sydney. The Club has been playing since 1961.
History - merger with North Turramurra Cricket Club; The present Kissing Point CC is the result of a merger in 1990 with North Turramurra CC, to form Turramurra Cricket Club. Turramurra Cricket Club would later change it's name to be known as Kissing Point Cricket Club.
KPCC have teams in Junior cricket from U8 - U16, Senior All age cricket A1 to D2 & provide an In2cricket program for 4-7 year olds.
In2cricket is run at The Glade Oval in Wahroonga on Saturday mornings between 8.30 and 10am.
With Juniors, coaching & training is provided for all ages. We have a policy of placing friends with friends where possible in the teams. U8 to U10 are called 'Non Competition' with games lasting about 2 hours on Saturday mornings & play with a soft ball. The teams U11 - U16 are involved in the Junior Competition played usually on Saturday mornings for 3-4 hours.
The Seniors A Grade play on turf, A Reserve( Kookaburra Cup) play turf & hard wicket. Other grades play on a hard wicket. Seniors usually play Saturday afternoon. Senior's T20 games are played early in the season.
We are currently trying to encourage more girls & women to join the club, please contact us if you are interested.
The Club is affiliated with the Hornsby Ku-ring-gai & Hills District Cricket Association ( HK&HDCA) and the Weet Bix Twenty20 Cup.
Our licensed clubhouse & main home ground are situated in Auluba Rd South Turramurra, 2074.
