KMI Structural Integrator, Remedial Massage & Myotherapy - Living Life in Balance - Manual Therapy
Structural Integration is a manual therapy that examines your posture and alignment. This type of body work focuses on the connective tissue, or fascia that surrounds and flows through muscle tissue and throughout the body matrix. The goal of SI is to unwind strained body patterning in the muscular fascial system, to restore the bodies natural balance, alignment and add ease to good body mechanics.
Remedial Massage is a treatment modality that manipulates the soft tissues of the body including movement for a specific therapeutic effect, rather than a general therapeutic effect. It uses relevant techniques, lubricants and movements according to the individual clients needs and response. This leads to the healing process, which begins at the cellular level aiding soft tissues in repairing, restoring functional integrity and adapting back to good health.
