Ride 14km in a WWII era locomotive on Australia's most southern railway. Start at Lune Lune River station, then travel through bush land abundant with bird life and wild flowers to the end of the line at Deep Hole and Elliott's Beach . Enjoy the beautiful scenery of button grass plains, white sandy beaches and the banks of Ida Bay and Lune River Estuary.
At Elliott's Beach there's a shelter with BBQ facilities, picnic tables and chairs and toilets. Enjoy some time at the beach with a picnic or barbecue and catch a later train back to the station.
