I love being a Marriage Celebrant. From the initial interview where we get to know each other to the final presentation of your special ceremony, I like to 'be there' for you to make sure everything runs smoothly and to answer all your questions.
My services includes but not limited to:
Initial meeting to complete your Notice of Intended Marriage and just generally chat about your thoughts for the day,
Sighting official documents ? I am also a Justice of the Peace if you require any documents witnessed and certified.
Travel to your chosen ceremony site, signing table with lace cloth, two chairs, a modern battery operated PA system,
Preparation and lodgement of the Notice of Intended Marriage;
Assistance with preparing your ceremony, confirming details prior to the ceremony, witnessing formal declarations,
Presentation of your ceremony on the day,
Preparation and lodgement of official documents with the Registry.
My aim is to provide a special and meaningful ceremony that is heartfelt and relevant to your situation. It is important that you express your commitment to each other in your own way. Everyone has very different ideas on how they want the day to proceed from music to intimate words for each other. The ceremony is your public dedication to each other and you want it to be unique and memorable.
With regards to music - if you can't find your favourite song then I usually can - I don't think I've had a song I couldn't find yet - but I suppose there is always a first time!
You will also need to apply for a Marriage Certificate from Births, Deaths & Marriages and the cost depends on what type you want; a Commemorative Certificate costs $74 and includes a Standard Certificate; a Standard Certificate only costs $51. I lodge all of the paperwork for you.
