Improve your mental, emotional and physical fitness with this multi-level yoga class. You will be guided through an asana practice that will bring vigour to your body, serenity to your mind and contentment into your life. These changes do not happen over night, but with steady practice of asana (yoga poses), pranayama (breathing exercises) and meditation you will begin to see changes in how you stand, walk, sit, and breathe; in how you cope with and manage stress; in how you interact with others; and all of these changes will, over time, improve your quality of life.
Yoga is more than just exercise and this class is an excellent place to start. Whether you are new to yoga, would like to revive an old practice, or are simply looking for a teacher on this side of town, this class will suit you. You will be shown variations that are appropriate for your ability and your level of fitness.
Although this class is designed for adults, children over the age of 7 may participate in the class with their parents or carers as long as they participate in a respectful and mindful manner.

Classes only run on Sundays 8-9am, Tuesdays 5:30-6:30pm, and Thursdays 12-1 mostly during school terms. $150/term or $18 walk-in. Private classes available as well for individuals or small groups.
