Welcome to the Yoga in Daily Life Queensland State Centre in Newstead, Brisbane. Part of an international non-for-profit organization, our Brisbane Yoga Centre was established 15 years ago. This spacious venue offers a genuine urban retreat; a truly peaceful place to relax, unwind, restore health and fitness, and regain balance in daily life.
We offer holistic yoga and meditation classes for your physical and mental well being. Join one of our daily casual classes; or attend one of our short courses, a weekend Yoga Retreat or a specialized Health Workshop.
All Yoga in Daily Life classes include the practice of traditional yoga postures, breathing, relaxation and meditation.
Situated close to the city with plenty of parking the centre is renowned for its peaceful and non-competitive atmosphere.

A science of body, mind, consciousness and soul
The System Yoga in Daily Life is designed in such a way that the body is gradually and systematically prepared, leading from simple preparatory exercises towards the more advanced. Periods of relaxation, breathing and meditation are also included in each Yoga class.
For the spiritual seekers we also have a program called Spiritual Pathways.
Spiritual Pathways is a Satsang, which means to be in the company of those seeking Truth. It is a Returning to the Essence of Yoga, and is weekly inspiration to remind each of us of our journey back to Wholeness, the re-union of our Self with the Divine.
