We offer yoga to suit every body. It doesn't matter if you are fit or not, flexible or not, a beginner or experienced yoga student. Yoga can help you reduce stress, build strength and flexibility, and improve your overall wellbeing.
We believe strongly in finding balance in life, and so we practice vinyasa or flow yoga (a stronger or more yang style of yoga) as well as yin yoga (a softer and more meditative style of yoga). Vinyasa is a dynamic flowing style of yoga that will help you build strength, improve your flexibility and connect with your breath. Yin is all about softening, releasing tension and finding stillness.
What does Santosha mean? Santosha (pronounced san-toe-sha) is the Sanskrit word for contentment. It is our belief that the practice of contentment, gratitude and acceptance are the keys to finding happiness from within. These are our core values, and they underpin everything we do.
