The yoga classes are adapted to the individuals that come to class. The classes provide a supportive environment and community to practice the yoga postures asana, practice visualization and meditation techniques. The individual needs of the students are considered with props and the necessary equipment available.
Classes are taylored for all stages of life from when we are very fit and healthy, and for those times we are recovering from injury or with special needs.
Through dedicated yoga practice, one's physical, mental and emotional potential begins to increase, and unfold.
Physically, the body's systems and organs become healthy, and more efficient.
Mentally, the brain becomes more alert, clear and quick to respond.
Emotionally, one becomes more stable, balanced, satisfied with self, and life.

QUALIFICATION DETAILS
Teaching for 12 years with 24 years of personal practice. Completed the 5 year teacher training with the Transformational Yoga Institutes from 1996 to 2001.
Completed Hatha Yoga teachers course,
Therapeutic teachers training
Beginners teachers course and the Power or Vinyogi Active Yoga course.
Done basic pregnancy yoga training
Yin yoga teacher training
24 year training which include training through two pregnancies.
Current first aid certification and metal health first aid training
