We teach regular classes in Rockingham and Mandurah open to beginners who exercise regularly and experienced yogis.
You will be encouraged to explore various yoga postures and extend yourselves gradually in class and over time.
When combined with regular practice, this approach will release, rejuvenate and strengthen your body, as well as calm and relax your nervous system to encourage balance and flow in your life.
This principle also reinforces the value of cross training. Many students exercise recreationally or train for sports. They find their yoga practice enhances the value and effect of that training.
We practise regularly because it feels good and its fun, and to enjoy the deeper benefits of yoga.
