I found working with this team extremely stressful. They didn’t listen, didn’t deliver on time and two months later the website they designed was still riddled with problems. I’m so sorry to hear you feel your experience in working with us was stressful, our team go to great lengths to provide an excellent level of customer service and professionalism. But let’s be honest here… that’s not your strength, the number of abusive emails I have received from you to attack, myself, my team and our work are numerous, yet we have always remained professional.
We did listen and clarified things with you on numerous occasions, as what you required kept changing. We advised your website would take 3 months to build, deposit was paid 7th Sep 2017 and the website was ready to go live 9th Dec 2017. You requested it not go live as you were about to go on holidays and quote “I don’t have the time. Interest or energy to do that”.
During the build we made numerous requests for you to supply images, copy, text, video files, audio files, podcasts and courses. These were never provided. To complete the build within the timeframe we pulled as much as we could from your old website or wrote the copy ourselves (at no additional cost to you).
Upon your return from holiday I arranged a meeting for the 3rd Jan 2018 to get a list of changes for go live that weekend. These were completed, and the website was live Sunday night 7th Jan 2018.
Then on Monday a new tirade of abuse started from you stating the new website was “unsightly and has way too many errors to be live”. We re-tested the website and advised the website functioned on all levels. I asked for a list of what was wrong and said we would have these fixed the same morning. You never sent a list or advised us what was wrong.
I received several emails Sunday night 21st Jan 2018, but these were for additions to the website. We advised we would have these completed by 8am 24th Jan 2018. You then cancelled all work at 11:36am on the 23rd Jan 2018.
There was no impact to your customer base due to the launching of the new website. Sorry you feel the need to attack my team and my business about this, Mel. Seems like it is best for all involved that you have decided not to work with us anymore.
