Had to call Budget Fridge and Washer repairs for another problem with our Simpson washer. I've used them before so I knew they were an honest and reliable team. I mentioned that I was very happy with Tony's assistance with our washer before, and asked if he'd be available to come out and help us again. Tony was out the next day. Within 10 minutes, he'd diagnosed the issue and stated that he'd have to come back tomorrow (a Saturday) with a replacement agitator. Tony returned on Saturday with the replacement part and had installed it within 20 minutes. Tony was just as efficient and professional as he had been on the previous callout eighteen months earlier. The total cost for the replacement agitator, and installation (on a Saturday) was very modest. I can't recommend Tony and company more highly. I was looking for a local, South-side tradie to repair our Simpson 9.5kg top-load washer which was experiencing filling, draining and leaking issues. I settled on Budget Fridge and Washer Repair as they seemed to be a small, locally-owned and operated family-bussiness, with a good online reputation. As it turns out, my hunch was on-point.
Tony was on-site the next day, and had diagnosed and repaired our problem within 1hour of arrival.
