I'm a busy mother of 4 running my own business and was looking for a convenient way to get into shape, it didn't suit me to attend a gym for scheduled classes as I am quit time poor. I called Matt at 1300Athlete and discussed this with him; Matt was very thorough in attaining my goals for training and arranged a time to come and see me at my home. I now workout for 1 hour twice a week with Matt, he is fantastic at keeping me motivated to reach my goals and I feel very comfortable training with him. I love the variety of training we do and because we train at my home I dont have to add traveling time getting to and from a gym, which in the past I have found it too easy to give up on. The hour flies by without disruption to my busy life.
