Sceptical at first and scared but this is by far the best thing I have ever done. I have lost 2 kgs each time I have done it. I have now done 3. If you have issues with your gut, diet or immune system etc this is the perfect thing. I didn't actually realise how much food & parasites I had built up in my system. I was very blocked without even knowing it. Afterwards, you honetly feel like a new person. I highly recommend giving this a go at least once. It can be daunting but they honestly make you feel so calm and comfortable and they all do it aswell so they know the exact feeling. They are true professionals.
After hearing about colonics from friends I decided to give it a go. I lost 4.5kg in my first session and have been back 3 times since I had no idea that amount of toxic stuff could have accumulated at such a young age. The calming sensation you feel afterwards in indescribable. The ladies at A1 are so lovely and made me feel comfortable, wasn't awkward at all; I wouldn't go anywhere else
I went to A1 for the first time a couple of weeks ago and have my next 2 already booked in. I had such a wonderful experience with the ladies their and the results were amazing. I would recommend this to anyone who is at their end with their health. Best thing ive done for myself in a long time.
I wouldn't recommend this place I went there many of times I thought the pains and burnt insides were normal. Since been to another place I have been havering much better experience. I don't how this company is in business.
