Worse experience I have ever had at a dealership. Rude and arrogant customer service.
Had my car towed in on a Tuesday with suspected contaminated fuel, was booked in for the following Friday. I called and left 2 messages Thursday asking for a fuel sample to be kept, no reply. I called Friday morning and was told it was the MAF sensor, when I asked if a fuel sample was taken I told no.
I called again in the afternoon to see if I was ready and was told I’d get a call back, nothing.
I got a lift into the dealer (I’m from out of town) and was told the service department are flat out and they may not even get it done until Monday.
Asked to speak to a manager and was told I can call a tow truck and take it now if I want. I was also told that the booking was sort of a booking but ...read more
