I would avoid these guys if you can, spend a bit more time searching for other appliance repair places.
I got my dishwasher fixed through these guys. the tech came and inspected the dishwasher and then told me the problem (that he could only guess was the problem) he then said i needed to replace a part. I said great lets do it (during this time he talked about how the business was not run the way he would run it (this should have been the red flag i needed)). 3 weeks later still nothing from them, i called up to see what was going on and they struggled to find my job and told me i had to wait another week for the part to come in. Sadly would not recommend this company. I phoned early in the week to have a simple part replaced on my washing machine. I emailed the model number and serial number as instructed so the part could be ordered and available ready for repair at call out. Didn’t hear back, so rang back and was told I would receive a phone call confirming a date and time. Still haven’t heard so resorted to using another local company at a fraction of the price and with a much better customer service experience. Not the first time I have had an average experience.
I phoned Active Appliance Repairs this morning to find out about having my oven repaired. When I asked about the free quote coupon on True Local, the female that answered the phone bluntly stated that they do not give free quotes. (please refer to the free quotes deal coupon above that expires 10/11/2016)
