Active Kids Narwee

Active Kids Group really is a family - the staff are professional and qualified. My children have loved this service and will be sad to be graduating at the end of this year. :(

Poor center management and lack of adequate supervision of children to nurture, develop and grow. Complaints are NOT dealt with appropriately and head office staff use bullying, lies and intimidation tactics towards parents.

Would NOT recommend at all!!!

My child was erolled from age of 1yr 10mths. Everything was great until he moved into the older toddlers section(2-3yr). When my child was diagnosed with asthma, i notify the centre and provided all the necessary paperwork and medication.
It was only 5-6mths later when the centre was being assessed that they found they did not have the medication on site. Its only a miracle that he did not have a asthma attack during that time. The centre provided no explanation as a reason why and refused to terminate his enrolment straight away - making us wait the four week termination period.
There were may times that small issues have arised and all the centre management responses is they will speak with the staff - but this has not changed ...read more

We have sent our 3 children to both these centres over a 7 year period, from an age of 8months old. Can not thank the staff enough, for their genuine care and enthusiasm over the years. They have never let us down Perfect size centre, great staff, clean premises, easy parking and overall thankful to them.
