Affordable Billiards

It's "Affordable" for a reason, the new Pool tables are imported from China and are inferior quality.
The pool table does need a professional to install it , and don't let anyone convince you otherwise. Don't sign-off the install form straight away as this will waive all your rights to the company returning to rectify ant flaws with the table.
We went in to the store to look around. The owner approached us and spent at least 30 minutes leading us around the warehouse (between boxes and pallets) in search of a particular table leg he wanted to show us. Absolutely terrible service. They didn't want to have anything to do with me after the initial phone call of purchasing the tables. They were no help with giving me information about when it would be sent out. They didn't tell me it would be arriving as a flat pack at a service depot. I was under the impression that it would have arrived at my house, assembled.
I had to keep calling to find out where it was, by the time they eventually answered my call, it had been sitting at the service depot for over a week (1 month after initial purchase). When unpacking the table at my home it had scratches & dints, missing paint & didn't come with enough screws to assemble. When I called about this they said that I should have checked it at the depot. (How & where at a busy depot station are you suppose to lay a pool table out on the ground, ...read more

Oh, my god, this is a rubbish billiard, poor quality in package, poor quality in material, poor quality in painting,damage in corner, rubbish table tennis balls ,batt, nett etc. bridge set and cross set can't match to cue. and all cue are very very light.... it is very very terrible noises when the ball fall into hole every time.........never come back to this company........never believe all photos from their website.....

Went in store on the 13th of January, got greeted straight away, and the man answered every question I had. Was excellent customer service. paid for the table that day and picked it up that friday. Got home assembly was simple, table was in immaculate condition and got given everything that was promised. I definitely recommend This company to anyone. Fantastic Company and great customer service skills.

If your a first timer to buying a pool/billiards table do not go here. I got abused for "making" them spend an hour with me, of them trying to talk me into buying other tables I wasnt the least bit interested in.And them arguing with each other over their misquoting me prices! WORST SALES PERSON IVE EVER DEALT WITH IN MY LIFE!!!! Went today, first shop we looked to buy a pool table. As there were "specials" that ended today, and said the table we wanted were in stock. Get there looking for the so called tables that "were available" to see the 1 that was sold. They tried to lead me on saying these were better prices. NOOOO, they were the prices advertised online. The ones that are online are on special were sold, (1) and the exact same ones were full priced in store?!?! So yes, we said we would buy a certain one.
