Aldi

I do love the Aldi *chain* as a whole, good prices and all the stores are pretty much set out the same way so finding things is pretty easy, once you know your way around an Aldi store, you know them all. What I did find unique about this store was they had a bakery section. I have never seen this in a Aldi supermarket before and I didn't even know they *existed*. Here in individual *cases* you could buy individual rolls, Danishes', pastries, croissants etc. I don't know if this was trial to see how it goes, or if it is something they are going to *bring in* to all the stores (I kinda hope so!) Though I didn't get to try them on this occasion, I am looking forward to trying their fresh pastries and rolls, and it was certainly nice to see/have something in an Aldi I have never seen before :-)
