Aldi

This Aldi store is closing down permanently from Sunday 10th July 2016.

Fairly easy to get to location if you are travelling on the Christine Avenue side of Robina. Similar to its counterparts this Aldi offers a variety of grocery items at lower prices. Well stocked shelves with plenty of quality items at lower prices and friendly customer service. The parking can be a little chaotic at certain times of the day.

This is, I think, the smallest of the Aldi stores on the coast. So, limited stock & specials disappear quite quickly from this store. If you're not lined up out the front on the day the specials are on, you're likely to miss out.
Some of the other Aldi stores in surrounding suburbs are larger & therefore carry more stock, but still only certain lines of products. The prices are lower than other grocery chains so still worth the effort. I find great snacks for my kids school lunches @ Aldi.
It's always a bit of a rush to get your items back in the trolley after being scanned at the checkout, then bag them up yourself at a bench. But this is how they keep prices down. There's also a small surcharge if you're paying by credit card @ Aldi stores.

Hard to navigate store, limited options.

Had to return a shredder that stopped working after one use. Management walked away whilst speaking to me about the matter. Very rude serving staff at times, other times lovely. Mixed results here but won't be back!
